Cloud Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide support for our cloud-based applications.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing application performance in the cloud environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, maintenance, and data migrations
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft platform technologies (e.g., .NET, IIS, MS SQL)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL (MSSQL and PostgreSQL)
• Competency in ITSM, specifically incident and service request management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Servers OS administration
• Background in IIS and web servers, possessing a range of intermediate to advanced skills
• Fluency in English at B2-C1 level

• Maintain and support cloud applications, ensuring high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application functionality and performance
• Implement and support data migrations in the cloud environment
• Participate in incident and service request management
• Administer Windows Server OS and Microsoft SQL databases for effective application operations
• Ensure the proper functioning of internet information services and web servers
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders regarding application status and issue resolution
• Document processes and maintain service logs to ensure compliance with IT standards
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud application support
