PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A leading client in Singapore is seeking to migrate the existing Murex solution to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The migration of Murex from on-premises to AWS will enable bank to automate environment provisioning, improve application performance, modernize Murex platform, and potentially reduce their total cost of ownership (TCO).
Luxoft has been engaged to execute Murex 3.1 migration to AWS following AWS Mobilize, Migrate & Modernize methodology.

SKILLS

Must have
8+ years of relevant experience
Cloud deployment and systems management experience

This role will revolve around cloud implementation and tooling within the scope of a large simplification and modernization project for a key financial institution.
Cloud DevOps engineer who is highly skilled in scripting and automation of build and deployment activities with a strong focus on DevOps & SecOps.
An eye to automate everything and promote reuse
Responsible for environment management/monitoring in the cloud
Plan and implement Cloud migration of applications
Build and maintained Secure, optimised Cloud environments with a focus on reducing TCO.
Implement branching/merge strategies.
Apply the configuration management methodologies
Ensuring effective defect remediation
Contribute in creating the environment and configuration management methodologies following a DevOps operating model
Deliver the documentation for support team so they can be independent.
