You are an experienced cloud architect with years of experience in designing microservices in a cloud native, multi-tenant environment. Your solutions have been proven to be robust and scalable with deployments around the globe. You have brought products to a SaaS market. You enjoy challenging yourself and others around you, and you seek to educate and share your expertise with others. You have experience working with executives and can articulate the complexities of cloud architecture to others.

  • Serve as the Global Cloud Architect within the Engineering organization, leading cloud design and implementation efforts.
  • Optimize and understand the costs of operating in a cloud environment, providing insights for cost-efficient solutions.
  • Assist in the completion of ongoing FedRAMP and IL4/IL5 certifications, ensuring our federal and government customers can access our cloud capabilities
  • Understand regional cloud considerations and the need to respect regional laws around data privacy
  • Collaborate and advise DevOps teams to establish best practices for maintaining product availability and performance in the cloud.
  • Enhance cloud observability, monitoring, and analysis to ensure high reliability and fast issue resolution.
  • Estimate costs and level of effort for the creation and ongoing operation of new cloud features and services.
  • As the cloud technology expert, maintain documentation, and lead architecture design for scalable and secure cloud applications and solutions.
  • Develop and improve enterprise-grade architecture using best practices to ensure data confidentiality, product integrity, and availability.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering leaders to distill product vision into architectural patterns for cloud delivery.
  • Collaborate with platform architects, product teams, and engineering leaders to build scalable infrastructure supporting the world’s largest IT, IoT, IoMT, and OT networks.
  • Work closely with the InfoSec team to ensure that the cloud architecture meets stringent security requirements across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Continuously identify and evaluate technologies and tools that enhance product performance and development efficiency.
  • Maintain and manage the cloud platform architecture blueprints, documenting product components, services, libraries, blocks, and communication flows with internal and external dependencies
