Cloud Architect (Temenos) is responsible for Implementing and managing cloud-native platforms using Temenos Banking products suite according to the functional, non-functional and operating requirements of the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional degree or equivalent in technology or engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Temenos digital channels architect is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and platforms (e.g., Github, CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible).
• Implementation experience in web security frameworks (e.g. OIDC, SAML, Kerberos etc.).
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OpenShift or Azure) implementation.
• High proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go or Python in a Full-stack application development context.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native principles, microservice and event-driven architecture.
• Strong communication and information articulation skills.

• Implement cloud-native architectures for Temenos banking product digital channels (Kony, Edgeconnect).
• Design cloud service topologies for realizing recommended/reference architecture using as AWS, Azure, OpenShift or Google Cloud.
• Evaluate, Manage and drive proof of concepts on cloud technologies and tools.
• Implement best practices of cloud architecture and Temenos banking products
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on cloud-native principles, practices and technologies to team members
• Proactively recommend/suggest cost, process or operational improvements to the client’s cloud architecture
• Establish and manage large-scale CloudOps
• Enable cloud adoption strategy of clients
• Establish and manage centre of excellence for cloud solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless cloud deployment
