Responsibilities:

ABOUT ROLE :

As a Business Manager for Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our designated Business Unit. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, fostering strong vendor relationships, and leading a team to success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives the overall management of the designated Business Unit within the Cloud division, focusing on achieving revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop and execute business and promotional plans in alignment with vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure optimal engagement with vendors through regular communication and strategic alignment.
  • Provides ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Monitor and drive monthly sales by vendors, addressing any significant variances and maximizing opportunities for vendor rebate entitlements.
  • Actively participates in the annual budget process and tracks brand results against budget, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to achieve targets.
  • Maintains regular contact with vendors, optimizing their profile with the sales team and marketing efforts, and continuously reviewing product portfolios for new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize business and share for vendors’ products, including quarterly marketing plans and execution of vendor-initiated marketing programs.
  • Drive effective sales execution across sales teams, ensuring the availability of current and effective sales tools.
  • Monitor revenue, gross margin, and budget adherence, providing regular updates and coaching to direct reports as needed.
