KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer or Electrical preferred) or computer science or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services, using Infrastructure as Code and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, e.g. Python, PowerShell, Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code practices, e.g. Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation
  • Good understanding of cloud scalability concepts, high availability and disaster recovery
  • Solid knowledge of data streaming and processing technologies, e.g. Kafka, MQTT
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts and cloud-based networking configurations, e.g. VPN, security, security groups, load balancing, routing, etc..

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - DESIRED:

  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity industry standards such as NIST or CIS is a plus

As a Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure to support our organization’s digital transformation and business objectives. You will explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive innovation across our products. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Architect, Systems Architects and developers to ensure the seamless integration of cloud technologies and services into our existing systems.
