Description:

We are currently increasing our IT footprint in public cloud platforms as part of our Digital Transformation program. We have already established a core Cloud Engineering team that we need to expand to cope with the increased demand for critical applications running in public cloud platforms.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using various cloud services and platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Implement and automate cloud infrastructure and architecture using infrastructure and configuration as code.
  • Test and deploy cloud solutions and ensure compliance with security and quality standards such as encryption and authentication.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and developers to deliver high-quality products and services for supporting critical applications running in the cloud.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud issues and performance using cloud analytics and metrics such as Stackdriver, Azure Monitor, Logging and platform metrics.
  • Provide technical guidance to application teams to facilitate the onboarding on new applications to cloud platform.Develop and improve automation in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, data management and API areas to deliver self-service infrastructure products to internal customers.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • IT Technology education or relevant job experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) as a technical engineer in a cloud computing environment like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of container technologies, including Docker, and understanding of Kubernetes architecture.
  • Solid proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Fundamental cloud networking and security knowledge, including security best practices.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Operating Systems and Databases.
  • Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive approach.
  • Communication level of English language.
  • Willingness to work with cloud infrastructure as part of an international team.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools for seamless software delivery.
  • Previous DevOps experience will be considered an advantage.Experience with observability tools and platforms will be considered an advantage.
