The Job
As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions that support our clients’ needs. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to implement security strategies, ensure our cloud infrastructure is scalable and highly available.

What You’ll Do

• PostgreSQL Database services in a multi clustered streaming replication environment.
• MySQL including Galera replication.
• Lighttpd including connection to PHP-FPM.
• MooseFS and associated globally distributed storage nodes.
• HAProxy including SSL offload.
• Firewalls, routers, switches, PBX systems.
• Server infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, corporate infrastructure, business application servers and security strategies.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
