Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to deploy, instrument, automate and operate a highly scalable, highly available multi-tenant cloud-based platform capable of supporting hundreds of thousands of enterprise end users.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based site reliability engineering
• Experience with high availability application delivery
• Experience developing infrastructure as code using platforms like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience deploying applications and infrastructure into cloud environments using CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of computer networks and an understanding of cloud network architectures
• Execution of cloud security principles and best practices

• Manage efficient cloud operations in a highly available, highly scalable architecture
• Implement auto-scaling strategies that ensure performant, cost-effective service delivery
• Integrate cloud-native practices into development processes
• Assist with the design, architecture and implementation of containerized microservices
• Manage CI/CD pipelines that ensure continuous, automated delivery of applications and infrastructure
• Oversee log collection and application performance monitoring tooling
• Expand security monitoring within the operational monitoring platform, working with developers to incorporate specialized logging and instrumentation
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to implement security controls and mitigate vulnerabilities in container packages and configurations
