We are seeking an experienced Cloud Linux Administrator to join our operations and maintenance team to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and efficiently managed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Operation and Maintenance Cloud Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration, management, and support of cloud-based Linux environments. Your role will include monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Linux system administration, with at least 2 years in a cloud environment.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.

SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl.
Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of database administration in cloud environments.
