ClickHouse is actively seeking a Cloud Marketplace Operations Sr Manager to manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for our partner ecosystem. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating with the Sales Operations, Go-to-Market, Product, Billing Engineering, and Finance teams to drive efficiency and streamline processes within the dynamic and rapidly growing cloud service providers and partners market. Their responsibilities encompass ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring Partner programs are implemented, and ensuring revenue growth on Marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new processes and improve existing ones within Lead to Cash Operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process across multiple cloud platforms
- Manage the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Bring hands-on experience executing Marketplace Private Offers
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of partner programs and ensures key deadlines and goals are met for AWS, GCP, and Azure (e.g. co-sell opportunities)
- Find opportunities for growth with CSP tool (e.g. pipeline scoring)
- Identify bottlenecks for operational improvements in partner management
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and marketplace revenue reporting using Salesforce and CSP reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and streamline operations
- Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and provide transparent reporting in partnership with Sales Operations, Business Technology, Product & Engineering, and Finance teams
- Develop and implement new processes to manage reseller and referral partners, own referral payment process and monitor partner contribution to revenue growth
