OVERVIEW

The role will be part of the Chief Security Office CTO Cloud and Network Security programs. The team is seeking an experienced PMO who will be responsible for supporting the central program team across all governance and program management office support areas including quality assurance activities.
The PMO will work closely with the program planner, work stream leads and control domain SMEs, challenging them where required, to foster a delivery-oriented culture. Through this the PMO will develop an understanding of the activities across the program. This is a hands-on role and the success candidate must be prepared to get involved and drive activities forward.

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• 3+ years of experience as PMO/Project Manager
• Degree educated from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
• Proven ability in building and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools
• Highly proactive self-starting ethos, strong customer focus, strong work ethic, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Manage all aspects of governance that the program is subject to
• Manage program / project benefit plans in dbClarity
• Support Change Managers with dependency management and escalations
• Support change managers with risk and issue management and escalations
• Ensure dbClarity is aligned with security Jira boards from a milestone, risks, issues and dependency perspective
• Required to support and work with workstream leads to free them up to focus on delivery aspects of their roles.
• Ensure program / projects are compliant with the Change Governance Framework
• Provide cover support for financials for the program as and when required
• Support change managers with fortnightly / monthly status reporting
• Provide cover support for recruitment activities as required
• Ensure that appropriate governance meetings are held and that inputs, outputs and artefacts are produced, distributed and stored for audit purposes, eg, program OpCo.
• Maintain program artefacts to meet CGF requirements
• Support the program planner with regards to risks, issues and dependencies
• Support and maintain project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the program through the use of project management tools, processes and practices
