ABOUT THE ROLE:

At this role you will be a Cloud Network Engineer will play a key role in project delivery with hands on experience in upgrading cloud network platforms and migrating applications to the cloud. The role will require strong knowledge of various cloud network technologies. The role will be a critical member of an agile enterprise cloud services engineering team working to build and support multi- cloud/hybrid solutions.

A DAY IN THIS ROLE:

• Work on multiple projects and initiatives related to networking in the cloud. Mostly work on AWS, but projects can also involve other cloud providers like Azure.
• Work with the business units to migrate their accounts to new connectivity model.
• Work with the business units to migrate their applications onto centralized connectivity platforms.
• Setup and test connectivity to new cloud accounts.
• Documentation of current configurations, feature additions, and project status.
• Work with a global team to support cloud platforms in multiple regions.
• Solve problems related to mission critical services and build automation to proactively detect and prevent their reoccurrences.
• Collaborate via open communication reaching across functional borders to analyze, tune, and configure automated platform infrastructure and systems .
