Job Description
Network Engineering team at Unit4’s global Network & Security Operations Center thrives on providing the best services to our customers and employees. We are responsible for providing utmost quality of service to each packet that routes through our network.
Qualifications

The Network engineer should demonstrate a level of competency and be familiar with:

  • 3+ years of experience with management and support of Layer 2, 3, 4 and 7 network devices (bare metal and virtual).
  • Setting up virtual private networks (Client-to-Site and Site-to-Site)
  • Managing office and wireless networks.
  • Knowledge in network routing protocols, firewalls and security products.
  • Experience working with Web Application Firewalls such as Barracuda WAF and F5 Big-IP.
  • Experience in configuration and troubleshooting Load Balancers like Netscaler/F5 Big-IP.
  • Ability to prioritize and work individually and as part of a team.
  • Can work independently with little guidance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills including the ability to identify and resolve challenging situations.
  • Passion for learning technologies and curiosity for new ideas.
  • Be able to think outside the box and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding service and response time when working with customers and internal teams.
