THE ROLE:

The Cloud Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the always-on production systems. This person will join a small Boca Raton based technical team that will partner with Cloud Engineering to deploy application and infrastructure stacks into red violet’s cloud computing environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform on-call duty as part of a team maintaining responsibility for the availability and performance of the system from an end-to-end perspective
• Monitor the health of the system, automating system health, maintenance tasks, and reporting systems as needed
• Partner with cross functional technology teams to deploy and maintain application environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proactively identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Troubleshoot complex issues while using professional concepts and tools
• Develop quality documentation of technical processes and procedures
• Engage in two-way knowledge sharing with peers on the Cloud Operations team to ensure parity across team
• Other duties as assigned
