As a Cloud Security Reporting Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in the financial services industry, on critical projects that enhance the security and governance of cloud environments. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining cybersecurity reporting capabilities to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. You will be interfacing with various stakeholders, providing them with insightful reports and dashboards that reflect the current state and progress of cloud security services across the organization.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining multiple report products for key cybersecurity stakeholders
  • Acting as a liaison between cybersecurity stakeholders and the business to ensure effective reporting
  • Building and maintaining a cloud security knowledge base on key services, metrics, and data documentation
  • Coordinating the finalization of reports, ensuring they are complete and delivered on time
  • Managing weekly and monthly updates in Jira and Confluence
  • Establishing and managing regular meetings with stakeholders, providing outputs, and preparing presentations
  • Ensuring cybersecurity is well represented in stakeholder discussions and reports
  • Responding to ad-hoc tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality output
  • Automating report creation and data processing to improve efficiency

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising effectively with people at various seniority levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in report creation and automation using tools like Power BI and Excel
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence for managing updates and reports
  • Experience working in international environments, with a global perspective
  • A proactive and energetic approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • Fluent English
