Description:

Microsoft is delivering AI for all with Microsoft 365 Copilot, your new AI assistant. You will work directly with enterprise customers to help them unlock the value of AI across their organization, along with the entire Microsoft 365 platform and Surface devices. In the Modern Work Customer Success Unit in Germany, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end Modern Work thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot.
You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft’s strategic business priorities – develop best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and build digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your exceptional post sales skills, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving consumption targets and driving customer success.
As a Modern Work CSA, focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and support sales. It will be essential to understand the specific ROI & ROE to bring AI into the workplace of your specific customer set.
