The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.
We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Power Platform, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consultingOR equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding & decent years of experience in administering, developing (writing code), deploying, customizing, tuning, and troubleshooting Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) environments and solutions with Dataverse, Dataverse for Teams and other data sources. Experience with other Low-Code/No – Code products and solutions is a plus.
  • Shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance practices, driving CoE (Center of Excellence) initiatives, and ensuring compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem. Your focus will be on optimizing processes, enhancing security, and fostering best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive positive Customer Satisfaction, and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
  • You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes.
  • Customer/Partner Insights:
  • Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
  • Resolution of Customer Blockers:
  • Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise.
  • Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their MS investments.
  • Deliver all work according to MS best practices & policies and using repeatable IP.
