Description:
oXya offers managed cloud services and technical consulting for business critical applications, including SAP. oXya provides high-quality, on-shore technical support, acting as an extension to our customers’ in-house teams ensuring that their business-critical systems are in good hands.
The oXya Benelux team - about 40 employees - services its customers remotely from its offices, which are located in Kortrijk and in Haasrode (Leuven).
Responsibilities:
- Resolving incidents, often on business-critical systems
- Searching solutions for specific customer requests
- Troubleshooting complex problem situations and identify preventive measures/ improvements to processes, procedures or tools and implement these as required
- Reviewing system performance statistics
- Participating in technical SAP upgrades and migration projects (e.g. S/4HANA upgrades)
- Installing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and network equipment
- Manage SAP BC technical operations such as transport management, client copy/ Kernel upgrade, printers management, handle and perform first analysis on incidents (find OSS notes), basis scheduler and backup tools, OS and DB (basic tasks), …
