Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Cloud Technical Manager with deep expertise in AWS cloud solutions and a passion for innovation, leadership, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industry experience, a hands-on approach to architecture and delivery, and the ability to mentor teams while driving impactful client engagements.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 10+ years of technology experience, with a strong focus on AWS cloud solutions and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, AWS migrations, and delivery of cloud-native applications.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (Kubernetes/EKS), security, and automation.
- Experience with AI/ML solutions, blockchain technologies, and complex multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams, mentor talent, and drive impactful outcomes.
- Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and culturally diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional).
- Experience executing AWS Partner programs and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Knowledge of FinOps, cost optimization, and cloud security governance.
