Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Cloud Technical Manager with deep expertise in AWS cloud solutions and a passion for innovation, leadership, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industry experience, a hands-on approach to architecture and delivery, and the ability to mentor teams while driving impactful client engagements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of technology experience, with a strong focus on AWS cloud solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, AWS migrations, and delivery of cloud-native applications.
  • Deep knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization (Kubernetes/EKS), security, and automation.
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions, blockchain technologies, and complex multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.

LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS:

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams, mentor talent, and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global and culturally diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional).
  • Experience executing AWS Partner programs and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Knowledge of FinOps, cost optimization, and cloud security governance.

  • Cloud Strategy, Architecture & Delivery
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS cloud architectures for diverse business needs.

  • Serve as a technical leader for AWS Partner programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

  • Provide guidance on DevOps, security practices, and emerging technologies.

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor to address technical challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including architecture design, proposal development, and solution ownership for cloud-native applications.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • AWS Expertise & Hands-On Technical Leadership
  • Stay hands-on in designing architectures, implementing solutions, and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Oversee the deployment of AWS services like EKS, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and more, while maintaining compliance with security standards.
  • Drive automation and optimization through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and DevOps practices.
