Job Title: Legal and Administrative Assistant

Headquartered in Washington D.C., with EMEA regional offices in London, Germany and Luxembourg, we are a rapidly growing global real estate developer specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of hyperscaler data centers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced legal and administrative assistant to join our small Luxembourg-based team specializing in providing legal and administrative support to our lawyers primarily in the UK and Luxembourg, but also globally where required. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the set up and ongoing maintenance of our corporate special purpose vehicle structures. The candidate will have a strong background in legal administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, legal studies, or a related field.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English. Language skills in German, French and/or Luxembourgish will be considered a strong asset.
- Adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
- Friendly, helpful, collegiate, independent but proactive team player with great communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum three years of professional experience gained in the team of an international company or similar environment. Previous experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department is preferred.

Requirements:
- Assist in the set-up of our corporate SPV entities in UK and Europe, including providing support to legal counsel in KYC/AML requests;
- Assist in drafting and reviewing any documents such as forms, contracts, policy and procedure documents, corporate documents and general correspondence;
- Provide general administrative support to the global legal team, including organizing docusigns, execution of agreements, filing and diary management;
- Organizing and maintaining the database of legal documents;
- Handling paper mail and general correspondence;
- Liaising with service providers as required;
- Help with setting up the office and the daily administration of the office;
- Assist in organizing meetings, including internal, board and shareholder meetings.
