Vibez Lounge is looking for a Security Guards to join our team and ensure the safety of our premises, assets, and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the facility, monitory customer behavior, responding to any incidents, monitoring surveillance equipment, and providing customer service. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security or law enforcement and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patrons and verify their identifcation and age before allowing them to enter the club. Each patron must be at least 21 years old, and must present a valid government issued identification. Security must be alert to properly identify fake ID’s.
• Ensure that visually intoxicated patrons do not enter the premise.
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed in restricted areas.
• Ensure that patrons adhere to club policies and procedures, such as alcohol consumption limits, age restrictions, dress codes, and no-smoking policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incidents or emergencies, such as fights, medical emergencies, or accidents.
• Conduct regualr patrols of the premises to ensure that there are no security breaches or safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with other security staff, management, and law enforcement officials when necessary.
• Detect and deter suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible and vigilant presence on the premises.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities.
• Conduct walk-through of the premises at closing to ensure there are no remaining patrons in the venue.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws and regulations regarding security and safety.
• Perfom other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Weekends only

Experience:

• Security Guard: 1 year (Required)
