CLUB COMMUNICATIONS & DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Club Communication and Digital Marketing Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Club Communication and Digital Marketing Manager can shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required .

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Member Communication.

  • Assist Club GM and Director of Member Services with weekly newsletters and any membership wide messaging.
  • Format and design all electronic communication with appropriate content and verbiage.
  • Proofread content before publication.
  • Compile data on open rates of emails and newsletters.

Maintain The Hualalai Club Website and Hualalai Golf Hale.

  • Upload weekly calendar details, notices, and updated menus accordingly.
  • Add new members to the newsletter distribution and remove those who deactivate.
  • Promote and schedule content for Golf Hale to increase awareness and traffic.
  • Oversees and optimizes online and offline presence of Hualalai Club including content a nd images ensuring alignment with the company’s positioning, guidelines, business objectives , and storytelling.
  • Collaborates with the operations team to develop and oversee collateral to support revenue generation and guest experience .
  • D esigns and implements integrated campaigns directed towards goals of awareness, engagement, and conversion with specific measurable KPIs and supports
  • Drives strategy and decisions in digital marketing alongside Director of Member Services and additional partners to favorably increase desired metrics in SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing and display advertising to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all platforms .
  • Creates effective reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Create Seasonal Brochures.

  • Partner with Club Catering Manager, Golf, Tennis, Spa, Ocean Activities, Cultural Center and Food and Beverage to ensure brochure is published according to set deadlines.
  • Allocate appropriate digital content fitting for each season and activation.

Miscellaneous

  • Actively promote Member events, taking a PR approach by utilizing and introducing new social media tools.
  • Receives Member feedback and follows up promptly and ascertains resolution.
  • Create an annual club calendar for distribution to membership.
  • Responsible for internal communication calendar that thoughtfully schedules upcoming promotions, newsletters, brochures and notices v isible to Members and present in the Club facilities. Support member events when necessary.
  • Works closely with Club Concierge, Food and Beverage, Golf, Spa/Wellness, Tennis, Retail, Alaka’i Nalu (Ocean Activities) and Four Seasons.
  • Visionary for photography, video, content and website copy .
  • Responsible for designing menus, flyers and Club documents.
  • Communicate any updates with internal Club teams.
  • Primary contact for all image library organization and updates. Facilitates new image submissions and archiving content no longer practical for current trends and needs.
  • Assists Hualalai Villas and Homes with their digital marketing efforts.
  • Support Director of Member Services with digital marketing pitches and communication.
  • Contributes to the annual business plan and budget in the areas of overarching strategies, annual communications and digital marketing plan and all associated expenses.
  • Proofreads all marketing material, including collateral, direct mail, advertising, printed promotional pieces, guest correspondence, etc. as required .
  • Spearhead activation and maintenance of new Club App.
  • Partner with Club App vendor to concisely communicate the vision of the Club App and features. Continue to communicate any updates necessary to optimize usage of app.
  • Set up meetings and check ins with Club GM and Director of Member Services to ensure the project remains on schedule. Communicate any challenges and offer solutions.
  • Report quarterly updates on app usage to Club GM and Director of Member Services.
  • Upon launch of new app, remain available to membership for those who require additional support while transition takes place.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and days of the week to support the essential functions of the department and division .
