IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE SOME OR ALL THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience in an Executive Lounge operation.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Knowledge of Opera & Micros systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift and dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all guests are served to company standards.
- Always demonstrating the highest standards of hospitality and welcome.
- Communicating with your superior any difficulties, guest comments, and other relevant information to resolve any challenges in the best way possible.
- Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships.
- Attending and participating in daily briefings, trainings, and other meetings as scheduled.
- Preparing in advance food, beverage, material, and equipment needed for the service.
- Keeping updated with all food and beverage knowledge necessary within the department.
- Cleaning and resetting your working area.
- Ensuring that Priority Club members and other VIPs consistently receive all benefits, special recognition, and service.
