Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within a luxury property
  • Prior experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera or a related PMS system. POS experience is an asset.
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including breakfast and evening service periods, across week day, weekends and public holidays
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • A true love and passion for creating genuine memorable guest experiences
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of Club Millesime to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey
  • Deliver established food & beverage service sequences, bringing your personalised flair to each guest encounter
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service
