As a Club Services Manager at Regis, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and clients providing compassionate care and support. The Club Services Manager is responsible for the ‘concierge’ activities relating to Regis Club Services and the management of delivering the Club Services product. The two key elements of the role are to ensure residents and family members have one point for customer contact and the coordination and facilitation of the sales process within the facility.
This is a hands-on role ensuring full delivery of Club Service commitments, working closely and collaborating with all other facility functions (lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance, admin, and support services). You will also manage enquiries and resident sales and be involved in the admission and welcome process. This will include tours of the facility for potential customers, ongoing follow-ups and the final sales process.
