We are unique in our ambitions to get more people on their bike to ‘Ride With Us’; we have been progressive in our approach to this through Clubhouses, the Rapha Cycling Club, our global events series such as Rapha Prestiges, Rapha Nocturnes and numerous Rapha challenges.
As the business grows, we have the ambition to continue building ever-closer, meaningful relationships with our customers, but also build more autonomy in the regions to make sure we are as locally relevant as possible.
The Singapore Clubhouse Community Lead, based in the Singapore Clubhouse, will support management in executing local activations and events, liaising with Regional and Global Marketing, RCC and Retail teams.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Clubhouse Rides and events are executed to the highest standard
  • Be the face of the Clubhouse community delivering the ultimate Rapha experience from hospitality to service and events
  • Develop strong relationships with International and domestic customers
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for all rides and events from the Clubhouse. This covers 1:1, phone and email comms
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for all local opportunities to grow Rapha’s reach and brand awareness
  • Grow the local benefits for RCC members within your metro
  • Grow the local Instagram following with regular and relevant content
  • Be organised and plan ahead for rides. Ensure comms to members and customers is delivered in good time to drive peak attendance and engagement
  • Support Clubhouse Management with events planning / coordination / production across the Clubhouse
  • Engage the Clubhouse team and ensure they are aware of and invested in the community riding and events calendar
  • Maintain the RCC bike fleet to the highest industry standards working with local maintenance partners
  • Working alongside the Regional Marketing Team, contribute to local insights and first hand customer/member feedback.
  • Maintain a network of trusted Ride Leaders, who are aligned to our values and passionate about Rapha’s mission
  • Deliver Rapha 101 - Skill Sessions designed to build confidence up to bunch riding in a safe, inclusive environment
