JOB OVERVIEW:
At Anatolia Master Association, we believe the Clubhouse is a community hub—a place to connect, unwind, and celebrate. As a Clubhouse Hospitality Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and has an unforgettable experience.
We’re seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Hospitality Specialist. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of the Clubhouse, offering a warm welcome, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, assisting with event coordination, and supporting daily clubhouse operations. Your goal? To make every guest feel like they belong and to help create a vibrant clubhouse environment that keeps people coming back.
Compensation: $22-28/hr
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- A passion for creating a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Must have a minimum of a GED or a High School Diploma.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard, distributing mail and packages.

- Must have good verbal and written skills in order to converse in a clear manner when answering incoming phone calls and be able to capture a message in written form and deliver to the appropriate co-workers.
- Must be mobile enough to move around the office to make copies, distribute mail, etc.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs.

May be required to work overtime as needed and approved by the General Manager. Working hours may be altered to meet client demands so must be able to be flexible.

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guest Engagement: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding experience from arrival to departure.
- Reservation Management: Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and ensure accurate booking records.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating and executing clubhouse events, such as game nights, parties, and team-building activities.
- Customer Support: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about clubhouse services, and resolve any guest issues with care and efficiency.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor clubhouse cleanliness, order supplies, and coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure the environment is well-kept and inviting.
- Promote Membership & Programs: Educate guests on membership benefits, programs, and upcoming events, encouraging participation and membership sign-ups.
