JOB SUMMARY

Assists in leading the property’s segmented sales effort (e.g., group, transient, association, corporate, etc.) and assists in the implementation of the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals and guest and employee satisfaction. Conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals.
Key responsibilities include supporting the achievement of revenue goals, enhancing guest and employee satisfaction, and contributing to the financial performance of the department and properties. You will help implement the brand’s service strategy and related initiatives throughout the sales process.
Role Assists in managing on-property sales functions to foster long-term, value-based relationships with customers that align with the properties’ sales objectives. Evaluate property participation in various sales channels (e.g., Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, electronic lead channels) and work to develop strong relationships that enhance the benefits for each property.
Responsibilities will also include helping to position and market the properties proactively. Support the management of the sales and marketing budget to facilitate the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and materials that drive revenue and align with property goals.
Contribute to developing, and implementing strategic strategies regarding forecasts, budgets, projections, pricing, positioning, and inventory management alongside Revenue Management and other partners. Working with the revenue and sales strategy team, assist in developing and implementing the hotel(s)’ sales strategy and identify future revenue opportunities, effectively communicating these strategies to the sales organization.
