We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Cluster Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple hotel properties. This role is pivotal in driving our people strategy, ensuring our teams are engaged, inspired, and aligned with our company values.
We manage a range of branded hotels on behalf of our owner groups. These include IHG, Hilton and Marriott hotels.
As the HR Cluster Manager, you will develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture. You’ll support on recruitment to attract top talent, foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, and oversee performance management processes.
Additionally, you’ll identify training needs and coordinate development programs, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and analyze HR data to drive continuous improvement.
We are seeking someone with proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry within Hotels. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate about people, and committed to our company values.
