We are seeking an invested and passionate Cluster HR Officer to oversee our three CBD properties, based in Perth:

• Parmelia Hilton Perth
• DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront
• DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge

As Cluster Human Resources Officer you’ll work collaboratively within the Cluster Human Resources team and the broader hotel team to ensure our team members have the right tools, knowledge and training to deliver exceptional hospitality and for them to be engaged and thrive within their roles. Some of the duties and responsibilities cover the following areas:

• Generalist HR & Administration duties
• Recruitment Administration
• New Starter Onboarding Administration
• Learning and Development Administration
• Assist in the Hilton Rewards and Recognition
• Work Health and Safety duties and responsibility
