Job Description
The focus of the Cluster HR Manager is to support two AccorInvest hotels in London in the following areas
- Offer advice to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development and people policies and procedures.
- Talent acquisition, onboard and induction of new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
- Administer payroll for the Hotels in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Arrange well-being strategies that will boost company culture, team morale and employee well-being.
- Ensure that the hotel is complying with Talent Policies as well as Health & Safety Rules & Regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Available to work from October 2024. It will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.
- Preferably 3-4 years hotel operational management experience.
- CIPD Qualification preferred but not essential.
- Effective communicator, and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership ability, leading from the front.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry, you will be driven to support the team operations while helping to develop and mentor Talent.
