Job Description

  • Revenue Maximization by ensuring that effective controls are in placed to detect and prevent the revenue leakage.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of hotel revenue in the books while performing daily operating controls and proper execution of internal protocols and standards across all departments of the hotel.
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of hotel costs and analysis whenever required.
  • Audit revenues from Rooms, F&B and other revenue generating area of the hotel.
  • Revenue verifications, adjustments and report preparation.
  • Update Income Journal Voucher and statistical information in the Accounting System.
  • Time and attendance verification and resolving discrepancies relating to heartist’s payroll.
  • Maintain and update record of deduction and earnings of heartists.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous relevant work experience is a must
  • Knowledge of PMS and POS systems
  • Revenue analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of payroll process and UAE Labour Law
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
