Cluster Revenue & Systems Manager - Optional base of Galway or Dublin
Choice Hotel Group
We are recruiting a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Revenue & Systems Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue optimization strategies across multiple properties within our group. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of revenue management, all distribution, Opera PMS and 3rd party systems, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of maximizing profitability in a competitive market.

- Proficient in revenue management systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans for each property within the cluster (3 properties - 190 bedrooms). Utilize market research, demand forecasts, and competitor analysis to establish pricing strategies that maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR and occupancy levels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance across the portfolio.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the preparation of accurate revenue forecasts and budgets. Continuously monitor performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve revenue goals.
Rate & Inventory Management: Oversee rate management and inventory distribution across various channels, including direct booking platforms, OTAs, Own website and GDS. Ensure optimal room allocation and pricing to maximize revenue potential.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with General Managers, Sales & Marketing teams, and Operations to align revenue strategies with overall business goals. Communicate revenue management strategies and results to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding. Direct the Cluster Reservations Manager to optimise the day to day running of the reservations department.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, economic factors, and competitor actions. Conduct regular market share analysis and use findings to influence pricing and promotional strategies.
System Management: Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems and tools. Train and support team members in the use of these systems to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
