Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Brownsword Group have created arguably the most iconic collection of historic countryside and city centre hotels, all wonderful properties set within beautiful grounds and cities, all with their own stories to share. Generosity, quality and welcoming hospitality is what they do very well. Being exceptional hoteliers has been the core of the operation, creating a successful hospitality business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with General Managers (GMs) and Regional General Managers (RGMs) to create and implement a cohesive and agreed-upon sales strategy for the hotels.
  • Work with the central Revenue and Marketing departments, knowing what campaigns and strategies are in place and aligning the hotels’ sales activity so it is in sync when in needs to be.
  • Ensure robust sales planning at the hotel for the corporate market and key holiday periods throughout the year, including agreeing on suitable listings, regular internal sales activities and outreach actions.
  • Oversee and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, using appropriate messaging to create awareness of the hotels and what they can offer.
  • Ensure weekly hotel sales activities are in place and targeted to deliver in line with agreed hotel targets.
