Coordinate support for Prove out process & PPAP validation.
Support with PRB´s management.
General support on project activities coordination.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• TSU Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 1+ year on manufacturing industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
• Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
• Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques
• Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure are necessary traits

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Assures execution of prove out based on customer requirements and project timeline.
• Conducts meetings as required to keep the activities on track and the team informed of prove out status.
• Support any change management iniciative assigned.
• Ensure quality standards & customer requirements are followed during the PPAP run.
• Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO-9001 e IATF16949) and quality policy and also aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context.
