JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled content Uploader and page builder to manage and upload a variety of content to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), and the capability to ensure all content adheres to our quality standards and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload, format, and publish content across our websites and other digital platforms
  • Ensure all uploaded content is accurate, high-quality, and conforms to our brand guidelines and SEO best practices
  • Work with content creators, editors, and the marketing team to ensure content updates are delivered on time and effectively
  • Upload and manage assets in the technical documentation repository
  • Perform QA and test pages as content is being uploaded to the website
  • Monitor website analytics to track content performance and suggest improvements
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure proper file management

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a content management system, such as WordPress, Shopify, Contentful, HubSpot, and / or Craft
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of web content principles and best practices such as heading structure, SEO fundamentals, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), and page speed
  • Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
  • Ability to speak English and an additional language a plus, such as Spanish, German, French, Polish, or Portuguese
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
