Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and capitalize business opportunities from existing customers to increase organic growth.
  • Generate, maintain, and develop newly on boarded customers.
  • Monitor and report current market trends, competition, share and developments to Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Work with Product Consultants to ensure realization of product specific plans for the assigned segment.
  • Set monthly targets for new accounts and visits.
  • Increase cross selling and up selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure service levels are met.
  • Ensure that the customer service team’s performance is up to the standards.
  • Follow up with accounting team in terms of pending claims and billing adjustment of customers and intervene to resolve if needed.
  • Ensure that everyone in the sales team maintains a functional and active pipeline.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the salesforce system.
  • Create and regularly update a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients.
  • Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time.
  • Provide customers with solutions based on their requirements and resolve their inquiries on time.
  • Monitor and enhance the overall team performance.
  • Setting targets and conducting annual review for direct reports
  • Ensure having a succession plan in place.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

CMT Leader is responsible for achieving revenue growth through the development of new business and maintaining existing customers in line with Aramex commercial strategies. You will lead and manage a team of CMT members in a specific geographical area or industry segment based on station sales structure to ensure meeting set productions target both individually and as a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • At least 5 years sales experience, preferably in transport or express shipping
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills
