Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a CMU analyst within the Tasman portfolio, a performing Residential Primary dwelling & BTL Tracker portfolio. Reporting to the Head of CMU. In this role you will support oversight of performance on the mandate’s contractual obligations.

TO ENSURE A BEST-IN-CLASS EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE TASMAN PORTFOLIO THROUGH:

  • Supporting head of CMU to deliver effective Oversight of the Change Request Process and Mars performance on the mandate’s contractual obligations
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the Change Request Process are maintained as each change/ project is implemented
  • Triage all new Change Requests and ensuring that any proposed changes are as agreedwith impacted stakeholders
  • Oversee and monitor the progress of change-request tickets through the Dev sprint cycle and provide support where required
  • Supporting the management of all client procedures and letters, ensuring these are appropriately secured, maintained, and version controlled
  • Reviewing and embedding SLA/KPI performance and any associated trends and opportunities
  • Support the review of Client policy changes to identify any impact on Mars procedures, with appropriate follow up
  • Carrying out as required monitoring and testing of Key and procedural controls across business areas
  • Liaise with the client in relation to query management, resolving issues, and monitoring performance
  • Support the preparation of internal and client-facing reporting packs from across the business
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance updates incorporating trend analysis and forecasting
  • Involvement with ad-hoc projects, transformation initiatives and bids for new business as required
  • As required, preparing presentations, designing process workflows, process maps and controls
  • Negotiating SLAs, KPIs and Service Credit agreements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The candidate must have change management experience preferably in a similar environment.
  • Previous experience working with Clients in a financial industry.
  • Bank Outsourcing experience.
  • A person who has strong analytical thinking.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Influencing/Persuasion & Negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Contract negotiation experience
