Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Coursework/Training - Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year - Experience as a CNA 2.
