As a CNA at Carolina Meadows, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and well-being to the nursing team
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Building relationships with residents and their families to provide excellent care and service.

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Weekly schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chapel Hill, NC 27517: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
