As a CNA at Carolina Meadows, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health and well-being to the nursing team
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Building relationships with residents and their families to provide excellent care and service.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chapel Hill, NC 27517: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
