ABOUT US

Tru-Tech Precision is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe and Milling Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both lathe and milling operations and be proficient in programming and operating CNC machines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes and mills
  • Experience with Mastercam software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
  • Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
  • Perform quality control checks and maintain precision tolerances
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
