We are looking for an experienced CNC lead programmer/ engineering Forman to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.

CNC Machines at Rayburn:

• Mazak FJV 200 X 1
• Fanuc Robo Drills x5
• Bridgeport 500 -1000 X5

REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate for the position will have the following skills.

• Able to reduce machining run times of running line/ historic work within the company and have a full understanding of complex work holding and jig fixture design.
• 5 years + of experience CAM programming using SolidCAM or AlphaCAM
• 5 years + of experience in managing a team of engineers ranging from CNC operators , CNC setter operators, and CNC programmers
• Experience in programming, setting and operating a 5 axis CNC machine.
• Monitor work throughput alongside management team
• CAD: Competent using Solidworks
• Able to read technical drawings to a high level.
• Able to use measuring equipment
• Machining experience in a variety of materials.

• Turning experience Manual or/and CNC
• Manual milling experience
• 5S experience
• 6 sigma experience
