QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with CO2, fiber laser cutting machines, UV printers, fiber laser marking machines & CNC routers, or similar systems.
Should know the basic electric system
Previous experience as a technician

Assist senior technicians in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
Support the team in diagnosing and repairing technical issues.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
