JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The CNC Machinist will ensure that all products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, particularly with Fanuc or Mazatrol controls.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, including lathe operations.
• Familiarity with CAD software for interpreting designs and specifications.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  Pay: $29.70-$35.70 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Operate CNC machines, including Fanuc and Mazatrol systems, to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine specifications.
• Set up machines for production runs, including selecting tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct quality inspections using basic math skills to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
