COMPANY PROFILE

M3’s client is an established company with many years of experience in the spray painting and powder coating services in Singapore. They specialize in coating for electrical & electronics consumer products, life science equipment, computer casing and machinery with all possible coating methodology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be able to read & interpret technical drawings.Capable of using measuring instruments – Vernier and others

• To operate and perform simple programming on Manual Lathe / CNC Turning (Fanuc) machines.
• To carry out the day-to-day machining operation in accordance with Routing Sheet and required date.
• To conduct first piece inspection.
• To ensure proper handling and usage of inspection devices and production machines/equipment.
• To perform maintenance and account for the inspection devices and tools issued for use.
• To report to management in the event of non-conformance of components.
• To report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
• To ensure that a machining and inspection procedure is compiled to meet Quality Management System requirements and Quality Objectives.
• To check raw material dimension before machining commencement.
• To perform 100% in-process inspection and recording inspection result.
• Adhere to good quality, housekeeping and safety practices.
• To perform 5S.
