Description:
TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of machine shop practices.
Experience with or basic knowledge of FANUC/HAAS control preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes.
- Prepare and cut materials using a band saw.
- Deburr parts using standard deburring tools and procedures.
- Determine machining requirements, dimensional specifications, and setup needs from programs, process sheets, or parts lists.
- Select, preset, and adjust settings to achieve optimal speed and tolerances.
- Ensure effective production of quality parts by performing final checks using gauges and measuring equipment.
- Complete all machining tasks within specified run times.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled.
