Description:

We’re looking for experienced CNC operators to work with the latest technology in state-of-the-art facilities across Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • NZ Citizenship or Australian working rights
  • Proven experience as a CNC operator in the sheet metal trade
  • Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines used in sheet metal fabrication
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia

Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (including laser cutters, turret punches, and press brakes) for sheet metal cutting, punching, and forming
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and improve efficiency
  • Experience on 3 and 5 Axis CNC Machines
