CNC Programmer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming and machining, with proficiency in operating various equipment and tools.
Duties:
- Develop and write programs for CNC machines based on engineering specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, milling machines, and other equipment
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with team to optimize processes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for program development
- Experience with CNC programming and operation, including Fanuc controls
- Knowledge of machining processes and tools, including lathe and milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques and power tools
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
