WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support Corporate Development and Financial Valuations and Structuring teams in the development of complex valuation models (in Excel) and transaction execution (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.)
• Project based research and analysis, including business overviews and financial statement analysis
• Assist in the creation of presentations (PowerPoint), including business cases that will be presented to senior leadership
